Privacy policy

Google information is used to carry out the account owner’s authorized document tasks.

Google access

Todd Productivity requests Google account identity and the document permissions its owner approves: Drive app-file access and read/write access to Google Docs, Sheets and Slides. It does not request Gmail, Google Calendar or Contacts access. Actual tasks remain limited by the owner’s instructions and existing access permissions.

Processing and storage

Relevant document content and task results may be processed by the assistant’s configured AI service providers to carry out requested work. Documents remain in Google; working copies, task records and backups may also be retained on the owner-controlled Mac. Google refresh tokens are stored in macOS Keychain.

This integration does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. Its use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revocation and retained records

The owner can revoke future Google access in Google Account connections. Revocation does not automatically delete existing documents, working records or backups.
